"Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, no "hard sell", patience with questions. Not only do they service new, computerized machines, but also older, mechanical machines (and vacuums!). If the price for repair is high, they let you know. "Fantastic customer service! Brought my wife's machine in for repair. When they called us back with the estimate, said it would 3 or four days for the repair. I told them she was in the middle of a big project and needed to finish it ASAP. They said the would do their best. Called the next day to tell me they had it done. They also explained to my wife how to line up the bobbin. Again fantastic customer service."

"Tim, the owner, broke the bad news to me that Pfaff hasn't made parts for [my] machine for decades. [He] went far above and beyond and tracked down a used part for me from a salvaged machine at another store. He didn't make any money for doing this, but has earned my future business! I was very impressed with [Kingdom's] knowledge and how they focused on helping or educating customers rather than "selling." I can't recommend Kingdom Sewing and Vacuum Center more highly."

Gave me a deal on his floor model and threw in some extra bags to sweeten the deal. Not the cheapest vacuum I've ever bought, but I expect it will last 10 years, so worth every penny. Great customer service and honest."
